Art With Ellen
For over 30 years, Ellen Ferrari has helped to inspire creativity and develop the artistic skills of children ages 12 months to kindergarten. In these interactive classes, grown-ups and young ones experiment with clay, chalk, finger paint, various art tools and more to learn basic art concepts. Messy fun is accompanied by stories and games to keep all ages interested. Class sessions run between five and 10 weeks and take place inside the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Ellen Ferrari has been inspiring the youngest artists, from one-year-olds through kindergartners, for more than thirty years. She received her BA in studio art and education from Carlton College, followed by graduate study at the University of Minnesota. Before opening her own school she worked with children and families at the Minnesota Historical Society, the Minnesota Children’s Museum, Articulture and the Minnesota Center for Book Arts (MCBA). Ellen also offers occasional classes at ArtStart/ArtScraps.
