The holidays are past us and we are all looking forward to warmer weather. In February, I find myself planning which annual events I want to participate in. What does spring look like in your business? Who are the new prospects you’d like to meet and where do they come from? Are you actively promoting your business and thinking beyond Friday.
Take time to plan
Many business owners don’t take the time to plan; they spend all their time in the noise. Do you ever say “I’m too busy to plan”. Make the decision this year to schedule 2 hours every week looking at where your business is going, what are you trying to achieve and whether you are making the right decisions. A portion of this conversation needs to focus on marketing and growing your business. What are you doing now and what can you do differently?
